Tropical Breeze was founded in 2006 by a former corporate executive with more than 20 years of experience in both white and blue-collar service industries. Our company has taken some best practices of successful large companies and married them with the personal touch of a small company to create a unique professional service organization.

Our knowledge of the Public Swimming Pool regulations and upcoming changes can help you prepare your organization.
Tropical Breeze understands, in accepting your business, we have three customers: you, your customers, and the Department of Health. ALL three need to be satisfied. Through the years, we have developed relationships with the Department of Health in Orange and Seminole counties, which can help prevent and resolve issues.

We have extensive insurance to ensure we meet your organizations’ requirements. We are members of Compliance Depot, who several organizations utilize in approving vendors. We carry the following:
- $2 million general liability policy
- $1 million automobile policy
- $1 million umbrella policy

We recognize that our employees are our company, so we take great pride in prudent hiring, ongoing training, and consistently rewarding good performance.
- Hiring: Our hiring process involves a series of interviews and multiple reference checks. Because we pay more than the competition and offer benefits, we can be selective in our hiring.
- Training: Pool technicians undergo months of initial training and then receive monthly hands-on training. All commercial swimming pool technicians have undergone the state-mandated 16-hour certification requirements.
- Experience: Our average technician has more than 5 years experience in the swimming pool industry.
- Employees: All of our technicians are employees with benefits, which leads to more company stability and job commitment. Many other pool companies utilize contractors.
- Appearance: Technicians wear company-issued Tropical Breeze uniforms and name badges.
